"Had to chase them for updates"
The order turned out okay in the end, but the communication really wasn’t great. I kept having to ask what was going on, and the replies took longer than I expected. It kind of felt like updates weren’t going to happen unless I pushed for them. Would’ve been a lot less frustrating if they’d just kept me in the loop a bit more.

"Order Came Exactly Right"
I ordered a few things from thenapco.com, everything showed up just the way I picked it. The sizes, colors, and Quantity were all correct, which I was kind of worried about at first.
Nothing was missing, and there weren’t any weird mix-ups. It was a Easy order overall, and I’d definitely use them again...

"I thought the pricing was pretty..."
I thought the pricing was fair for what I received. It wasn’t the absolute cheapest option out there, but compared to a few other sites I looked at, it felt like a better deal overall. The quality matched the price, which is really all I ask for. I’d be happy to use them again.

"Good quality, but I’m a bit cautious now"
The item itself is really well made and feels like good quality. I do like it, but lately I’ve been a little less trusting with purchases like this, so I’m holding off on being too impressed until I see how it holds up over time

"I had an issue with my cover..."
I had an issue with my cover, so I reached out to NAPCO about the warranty. I thought it’d turn into a whole hassle, but they got back to me fast and clearly explained what they needed.
I sent over the photos and receipt, and they took care of it without making things complicated. The replacement showed up soon after, and I’m really happy with how easy the whole process was.

"Not really enough to choose from"
I mean, I was hoping there would be a bit more to look through, but the selection felt limited. A few things I kind of expected to find just weren’t there, and even after browsing around for a while, I didn’t really come across much that worked for me. Maybe it’s fine if you’re looking for something specific they do carry, but for me, it was a little disappointing. I ended up leaving without buying anything

"Couldn’t Get the Parts I Needed"
I went in hoping to grab a few parts I needed, but once again, a bunch of them were out of stock. It’s frustrating because I’ve run into this before, and it makes it hard to finish what I’m working on. i left disappointed.
